This sunny studio suite with balcony is on the thrid floor of a new elevator building designed by a well known architect. Floor to ceiling windows provide abundant light and amazing views of the adjacent park. The amenities include high speed internet with FREE WIFI access, LCD TV with international channels, king size bed, large closet, dining table and indoor and outdoor chairs. The open kitchen offers great appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, range, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. New linen and towels will be provided.
Location
Imagine having breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful Weinbergspark in the middle of Berlin. Enjoy relaxing in the park between your sight-seeing trips and end your day with a dinner at the popular Nola Restaurant. Museums Island and Hackescher Markt are within walking distance. You will find the hippest galleries at the close-by Brunnenstrasse which was featured in the New York Times recently. Subways and streetcars are only a few minutes away.

Quiet, clean, affordable and very well situated -- Berlin Habitat is a great find in the city of Berlin. Stefan and Grace are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful hosts. We spent two weeks in our apartment and felt completely integrated into the neighbourhood by the time we left.

We stayed in the spacious Parkview Suite Capri vacation rental for ten days and loved it. We especially enjoyed having an apartment after spending one week in a tiny hotel room in Dresden. The apartment met our needs, had a comfortable bed and large closet, and was conveniently located near the U-Bahn station, large grocery store, bakery, dry cleaners, internet café, and numerous other shops. Alexander Platz, the Berlin wall documentation on Bernauer Street, and the Hackescher Market and Höfe were within walking distance. It was easy to take public transportation to/from the airport and main train station. We felt like we were living like “locals” because many families lived in the apartment complex and we saw children at play in Kindergarten City or the playground, parents and children riding bicycles, mothers pushing strollers, and couples sitting on blankets on the grassy hill in the park next door. We recommend the apartment to others and would definitely stay here if we are in Berlin again.
