We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and we found it very easy to move about town. The apartment was lovely and afforded us the space we wouldn't have had in a hotel. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the spring sunshine! If my travels ever bring me back to Berlin, I will definitely look to stay here again.

The Parkview Grande Suite was the ideal place to stay for the fortieth anniversary of our first visit to Berlin and Stefan could not have been more helpful. The apartment is modern, spacious and fully equipped with excellent access to U Bahn and tram, supermarkets and restaurants, including a newly opened vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. We could not have asked for more and would definitely stay again.

Our stay in the Parkview Grand suite from 12/9-18/2011 exceeded our best expectations. From the seamless directions we were provided from Tegel airport (less than 20 Euros, as suggested) to the physical directions of how to enter the building and contact Stefan, everything was well thought out for the visitor. Stefan is gracious and responsive throughout your stay. The apartment is spacious. It was perfect for my 19 year old daughter and myself, as the sofa pull-out became a second bedroom giving us ample space to deal with jet lag and individual sleep habits. The furnishings are modern and clean. There is adequate lighting from a variety of sources for reading and mood setting. The kitchen and bath left nothing to be desired. Both seem newly renovated and with the best amenities available. I must mention the balcony. Even though our visit was during December, it was a wonderful extension of the apartment overlooking a beautiful park and pond and a school for young children. Their voices and laughter bridged the international gap and provided me much joy, as well as a view to the German lifestyle and their fondness for their children.
The location of the apartment is less than 100 paces through the park to the Rosenthaler Platz subway station, though we found cabs to be plentiful, enabled us to see much more of the city and allowed us to start to comprehend the sheer size of Berlin proper. It is also a quick walk from the apartment to both the MauerPark and ArkonaPlatz flea markets that are open on Sundays. They are worth visiting for the mix of items for sale, people watching and even food, drink and live music entertainment, I would highly recommend a visit to Berlin for all that a major European city has to offer, and a stay at this property will make your time there most pleasant. I hope to return soon. Sincerely, Jessica Pavish

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Parkview Grande Suite. It was the best rental of our month long trip to Europe.

We just came back home from two weeks in Berlin in this apartment. Although we're happy to be back, we already miss the neighbourghood and the apartment in Berlin.
The apartment is perfect for a couple: the light is fantastic at the end of the day or a cocktail before hitting the city for dinner. Everything necessary for a pleasant stay is provided in the apartment. It it quiet with a bit of animation coming from the nearby park. Plenty of restaurants & coffee shops in the area as well as great supermarkets make the area perfect. The apartment is centrally located
(5-minute walk from the U-Bahn and a 20 minute walk from Alexender Platz).
We strongly recommend it.

We have already come back yesterday and it has been a great experience. Very nice
appartment, fully equiped, very well located and very close to the undergroud station
Rosenthal Platz, walking no more than 4 minutes. Appartment it's very comfortable
and it has a sunny terrace. Very quite building with a restaurant for
breakfast/lunch and dinner in the same building. I fully recommend this appartment.

We recently rented this apt. for a week in Berlin. The location could not be better.
The Ubah, Sbahn and tram are all steps away. The apt. looks out on a lovely park and
has great cross flow ventilation. Check out the french cafe outside the front door.
A favorite morning ritual of coffee and cake. If you're there for a week get the
A/B/C transit pass (31 euros) and take the train to Potstam to see the palaces. The
pass work's on their trams as well. Berlin's famous museum island is about a 15 min
walk from the apt. Rent it, we loved it!
