This sunny one bedroom-apartment with balcony is on the fourth floor of a new elevator building overlooking the park. Floor to ceiling windows provide abundant light and amazing views of the adjacent park. The amenities include high speed internet with FREE WIFI access, LCD TV with international channels, queen size bed, convertible sofa bed (full size), large closet, dining table and indoor and outdoor chairs. The seperate kitchen offers great appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, range, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. New linen and towels will be provided.
Location
Imagine having breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful Weinbergspark in the middle of Berlin. Enjoy relaxing in the park between your sight-seeing trips and end your day with a dinner at the popular Nola Restaurant. Museums Island and Hackescher Markt are within walking distance. You will find the hippest galleries at the close-by Brunnenstrasse which was featured in the New York Times recently. Subways and streetcars are only a few minutes away.

We visited this apartment at the end of April 2012. It proved to be excellent; it was comfortable, clean and cosy. Its location is ideal to see Berlin on foot or by trams, buses, underground or overland trains. We also found plenty of good places to eat near the flat (within five to ten minutes walk and some just a few meters away). We recommend this place highly. Stefan is extremely helpful with his advice and guidance.

The Parkview Grande Suite 2 was the perfect place for our family of 3. Fabulous location - right on the park and within 2 blocks of subway, grocery store, restaurants, ATM, etc. Walking distance to Berlin wall memorial, and a short subway ride to other sites. The apartment was spotless, kitchen great to cook in, and plenty of room. Stefan and his wife were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The BEST vacation home I've EVER stayed!!!!
This place was just so BEYOND our expectations it blew our minds. My husband and I stayed in one of their condos in the same complex - I've never seen such a clean and beautiful vacation home. Grace gave us a warm welcome and explained everything when we first walked in. This is after we came from traveling in Copenhagen and Stockholm. We were starting to get tired of staying in small European hotel rooms and when we walked into this place, we were like,, now THIS is a vacation. We actually liked staying in this place better than going out. :-) We were so well-rested in Berlin, I feel like out of the seven places we visited during our trip, I love this place the most. Grace and Stefan are amazing hosts. I recommend this place to anyone with big TEN stars. Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable!!!!!

Albert and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location is excellent with good quality restaurants and shops in close proximity. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. All the rooms are nice and spacious and it was great to have so much wardrobe space in the bedroom (and hangers!). We’d like to thank you both for being so welcoming and for storing our luggage as we had a late flight (this was very much appreciated). Overall, we thought the apartment was of a really high standard and we would be more than happy to recommend you to others.

We stayed in the Parkview Grande Suite 2 for five nights during October 2011. The apartment is spacious with an excellent floor plan and plenty of light. It is fully equipped. The bedroom is over the interior courtyard and thus very quiet. The terrace's view over the park is a bonus. The owner, Stefan, was helpful and efficient with all of our requests. We hope to return!
